- Homenaje anual de la Asociación Torrijos 1831 a la figura de Robert Boyd, Irlanda del Norte, en Malaga, España - Asociación Torrijos 1831
18DIC19 – MÁLAGA.-Un año más, se ha repetido el homenaje anual que, desde 2004, realiza la Asociación Torrijos 1831 en el Cementerio Inglés de Málaga, en memoria de Robert Boyd, héroe romántico nacido en Derry- Londonderry ya que en el citado cementerio reposan sus restos. El colectivo ha comparecido una vez más, en la histórica mañana del 11 de diciembre, acompañado por el presidente del Club Liberal de Málaga 1812, Rafael O´Donnell, el representante de la asociación de Vecinos de El Perchel, José Antonio Aragón, así como de una representación británica e irlandesa.

14DIC19 – MÁLAGA.- The city of Malaga remembered, as usual, on Wednesday a local hero, General José María Torrijos y Uriarte, who was shot along with 48 companions after rising up against the absolutist rule of King Fernando VII in 1831.
