Oscar Offonoll - Superblob Multi - International Festival of Literatures, Ideas and Translation

Oscar Offonoll has been always fascinated by the animation and the interactivity as the main force of communication. His goal is to explore visual interactivity through nonlinear processes, breaking with traditional concepts.With his installations, visitors become users who create the art work. Oscar Offonoll has presented his works in different places in Spain.

The Australian premiere will be with ‘Superblob Multi” installation. The bodies represent the individual and the colours are different egos and moods we carry. On occasion, the moods are reduced to tiny forms, other moods are stronger and they gain ground pushing to previous moods, the weaker moods.
This installation plays with distance and positions between the form and the colours of the projection. Thus, it becomes a space from which concepts are to be discovered. One must participate in an active way and with movements from the body in order to visualize the present moods.

The IFLIT festival is a celebration of literature in the broadest sense of the word.

The program of the International Festival of LIterature , Ideas and Translations brings together celebrated poets, authors, and translators, as well as editors, critics and publishers from Australia and all over the world, including Spain. They will present their works and ideas in readings, workshops and performances during june 15-16 and 17.

The IFLIT considers the symbiosis of text in translation vis-à-vis various contemporary art form, presented as Synergy Events. It will be a cultural experience unlike any other.
