Nuño Aguirre de Cárcer nació en 1982, en Madrid (España). Estudió Teoría de la Literatura y Literatura Comparada. Desde 2004 sus textos han ido apareciendo en diversas revistas. En 2008 Tres elogios fue galardonado con el IX premio de poesía de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. En 2009 participó como poeta invitado en el festival de poesía “Voix de la mediterranée” y en 2010 fue de nuevo invitado al sur de Francia para dos recitales. Actualmente reside en Nueva Delhi, dedicado a la investigación como parte de sus estudios de doctorado.
In this lecture Nuño Aguirre will talk about Chantal Maillard. Spanish poet and philosopher originally from Belgium (Brussels, 1951), who is Doctor of Philosophy and Professor of Aesthetics and Art Theory. Chantal Maillard decided to settle for a year in Varanasi (India), majoring in Philosophy and Religion India at the university in Varanasi. She has written reviews of philosophy, aesthetics and Eastern thinking, which have been published in culture supplements of the journals "ABC" and "El País".
Nuño Aguirre de Cárcer was born in 1982 in Madrid (Spain). He studied Literary Theory and Comparative Literature. Since 2004, his writings have been published in several journals. In 2008 Tres elogios was awarded with the IX Poetry Prize of Autonomous University of Madrid. In 2009 he participated as a guest poet at the Poetry Festival "Voix de la Mediterranee" and in 2010 was invited to two recitals in southern France. He currently lives in New Delhi, dedicated to the research as part of his doctoral studies.
