Dance Theatre of Ireland are currently recruiting for a Centre & Outreach Coordinator

Dance Theatre of Ireland requires an experienced and dynamic Coordinator for a multi-faceted full-time position with primary responsibility for managing DTI’s Centre for Dance programme of classes and its National Educational Outreach programs. The Centre for Dance has some 1500 people engaged in dance activities throughout the year. The position requires personable marketing, sales, management and communications experience in the arts, service or retail sectors, plus a high degree of financial and business acumen.
A proven record of personable public client contact, ability to multi-task, think creatively and administer to a wide range of key relationships are essential. Excellent keyboard and numeracy skills with a high degree of proficiency and fluidity in Word and Excel are required and competence in Adobe Photoshop, MS Access & Publisher desirable. An appreciation of and/or experience in dance, arts in education and life-long learning are also important. A succinct, sharp, and enthusiastic communicator who enjoys a varied role, including financial tracking, marketing, client contact and managing key relationships will most suit this position. 3 to 5 years experience essential.
This is an ideal role for a person who likes multi-tasking, helping people, has a visual, as well as technical flair and a passion for dance.
