01JUN17 – DUBLIN – IRELAND.- Trinity College Dublin is marking the 350thanniversary of Jonathan Swift’s birth this year with a number of activities. There is a display from the Library of Trinity College Dublin’s world renowned collection of Swift-related books and manuscripts (including a death mask) in the Long room; there will be an international conference Swift350 conference on 7-9 June with leading Swiftian experts speaking on themes such as Swift and politics, travel, family and friends among many other themes.
28MAY17 – DUBLIN – IRELAND - Kicking off the show will be the TW Junior Band –a quintet ranging in age from 12-15 years – followed by the older TW Youth Ensemble (aged 16 -19 years) our newly reformed TW Female Collective, jazz strings ensemble TW String Ting, and The Residents –the professional development group, featuring well-known guests from the world of British jazz.
