Theater: "Quijote Wallah"
Synopsis: Senor Quixana, a gentleman farmer, believes he is the Knight of the Rueful Countenance a.k.a. Don Quijote of La Mancha, destined to bring back the golden age and restore peace and justice to the world, while the rest of the world believes that he has gone quite mad. but isn't too much sanity also a madness? And the maddest of all is to see life as it is, and not as it should be. Quijote Wallah is a collaboration between the street artist known as Harsh Raman Singh Paul, and Sukhesh Arora. Based on the first part of the 16th century classic by Miguel Cervantes, Quijote Wallah walks the line between perception and reality, belief and doubt, the apparent and the unreal. Using their own unique styles, Harsh & Sukhesh create a surreal blend of storytelling that is not quite theatre and not quite street art. (+)

Sinopsis: El Sr Quijano, es un hacendado que cree ser el Caballero de la Triste Figura, más conocido como Don Quijote de La Mancha, y que está destinado a traer de vuelta el Siglo de Oro y restablecer la paz y la justicia en el mundo, mientras que el resto del mundo piensa que se ha vuelto completamente loco. Pero, ¿acaso no es cordura también la locura? Y el más loco de todos es aquel que la ve la vida tal como es, y no como debería ser. Quijote Wallah es una colaboración entre el artista callejero conocido como Harsh Raman Singh Paul, y Sukhesh Arora. Sobre la base de la primera parte del clásico del siglo XXVI de Miguel de Cervantes, Quijote Wallah camina por la línea que se haya entre la percepción y la realidad, la creencia y la duda, lo aparente y lo irreal. Utilizando sus propios estilos, Harsh y Sukhesh han creado una mezcla surrealista de narración que se haya entre el teatro y el arte de calle. (+)

Cinema: "In House"
Synopsis: Ms. Pilar, almost 81, shares her quiet house situated in a provincial part of Peru with Consuelo, Milagros and Tuna. The daily routine in this household, where one day could be confused with any other, revolves around insignificant events. The telephone interrupts the stillness. It's Patricia, one of Pilar's daughters, calling to say that she will be arriving in a few hours with her daughter, her daughters' husband and her granddaughter in tow. Pilar nervously agrees and immediately starts to worry. The household routine is forced to change. In this film coexist three generations of mothers. They are forced to interact with one another, to face and also ignore each other, to spend a night together under the same roof. (+)

Cine: "Casadentro"
Sinopsis: A sus ochenta años, la señora Pilar comparte su tranquila vivienda, ubicada en una provincia del Perú, con "la" Consuelo, "la" Milagros y "la" Tuna. En esta casa, donde se confunden los días unos con otros, son pequeñas las cosas que mueven la rutina de la familia. Pero este día no es como cualquiera. El timbre del teléfono rompe con la quietud. Patricia, una de las hijas de la señora Pilar, le comunica que dentro de unas pocas horas llegará a la casa con su hija, el marido de su hija y su nieta. La señora Pilar asiente nerviosa y preocupada. La rutina tiene que cambiar y los miembros de la casa tienen que adecuarse a la gente "extraña" que ha invadido su hogar. En esta película conviven cuatro generaciones de mujeres que se ven obligadas a interactuar, a mirarse y a no mirarse, a pasar una noche en la misma casa. Se trata de una película que confía en que los verdaderos conflictos surgen en la vida cotidiana, detrás del día a día, detrás del desayuno. (+)
