Two Berlin screenings of: The View From Our House (2013)

A film by Anthea Kennedy and Ian Wiblin

Miércoles 22 de octubre de 2014

Shot in Berlin, The View from Our House is an essay film exploring history  and place. A disturbing memory of a young woman and aspiring
photographer living in the early Nazi period is evoked within an eclectic  survey of her neighbourhood.

"... a haunting and quietly moving essay film that revolves around the memories of a young woman growing up in Nazi-era Berlin. ...a film that

sorrowfully re-creates the texture of everyday life." (Edward Lawrenson, Rotterdam Film Festival)
