Desde el Instituto Cervantes en Dublín y con la colaboración de las Embajadas de Argentina, Chile, Cuba, España y México, Dublin UNESCO City of Literature, Ireland Literature Exchange, Poetry Ireland y el apoyo de las universidades Dublin City University, Trinity College Dublin, NUI Galway y NUI Maynooth, queremos invitarle al Festival de Literatura ISLA (Irish, Spanish and Latin American Literary Festival).
Durante los próximos 2, 3 y 4 de noviembre, reuniremos a escritores de Irlanda, España y Latinoamérica, tres días consecutivos con mesas redondas, lecturas y otros eventos paralelos. En esta primera edición, contaremos con 19 autores provenientes de Argentina, Chile, Cuba, Irlanda, México y España. Instituto Cervantes in Dublin invites you to the Irish, Spanish and Latin American Literary Festival (ISLA), which has been organised in collaboration with the Embassies of Argentina, Chile, Cuba, Spain and Mexico, as well as Dublin UNESCO City of Literature, Ireland Literature Exchange, Poetry Ireland and with kind support of Dublin City University, Trinity College Dublin, NUI Galway and NUI Maynooth.
This is a unique opportunity to attend a gathering of Irish and Hispanic literature where you will enjoy round tables, readings and other parallel events during three consecutive days. This year, on the first edition of this festival we will have 19 authors from Argentina, Chile, Cuba, Ireland, Mexico and Spain. Poetry, novel, essay, comic and cinema will be the main characters of a pluralistic program for all audiences. Download here the programme of events.
President of Ireland, Dr. Michael D. Higgins, will officially open the festival on Friday 2nd November. To attend this opening session, please book a place at reservas.dublin@cervantes.es.
