What do the following have in common? The Rolling Stones Rolled Gold album cover, the Argentinian daily newspaper Clarín, the Volvo VVC and the friendly cartoon character Pocoyó? They are all designs with a Spanish connection.
Some examples of the items on display at Desigñ are Camper's Pelotas shoes, the United Nations Headquarters'room at Geneva, the national campaign Incredible India and Bangkok airport's seats.
Spanish creative design has evolved significantly since it began to receive international recognition in the 1980s. This exhibition aims to illustrate, in a straightforward way, that extraordinary moment.
