Sense of Surroundings

Australia: 17 May to 29 Jun

Miércoles 22 de octubre de 2014

Sense of Surroundings” is a series of street photography and candid environmental portraiture of  Spain in 2010, by the photographer Josh Wodak. This exhibition depicts Wodak’s spontaneous responses to making sense of his Spanish surroundings: of cultural/physical environments and fellow humans enveloped within these surroundings. Human subjects appear to relate to their surrounding environments as seemingly small elements in the compositions, to express the relationship between infinitesimal life slices amidst the flux of the wider world.

This exhibition is part of Head On Photo Festival 2012 (http://headon.com.au/).
